About the Property
Failsworth House is a 4-bedroomed, comfortable terraced family house on two levels which can provide accommodation for up to 3 service users. The ground floor consists of a shared large communal lounge, kitchen/dinner, staff toilet and one large en-suite bedroom on the left side of the hallway as you enter. All rooms are finished to a high standard and well-furnished providing desirable, homely accommodation for our clients. Each room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a 42″ TV.
On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, a staff office/sleep-in and a modern bathroom, externally there is a good-sized garden from the kitchen. The garden provides additional recreational space . The property has a front entrance and parking area on the side of the property.
We aim to have the admitted Service Users at Failsworth and Ince House to remain in this properties for as long as it is safe and appropriate to meet their needs. Both houses will have a care coordinators. The care coordinator will work very closely with both the registered care manager (social worker) and the deputy manager (Registered Nurse). Each Service User will also have a key worker. Each Service User will have in place a support file which contains Pre-admission Assessment. Risk Assessment and where necessary, Management Plans, Situation Specific Support Plans, a Positive Behavior Support Plan and Care Support Plan.
