About the Property
Ince House is a 3 bedroom end terrace property in Stockport Greater Manchester Area for Service Users with any supported living needs. The property has a big garden at the back of the house. This space will enable Service Users to spend time outside. The property has a large kitchen enough for Service Users to be supported in preparing meals. The property has one bathroom/toilet, a big living room, a separate dining room and a downstairs toilet. This property is gated with a big garden at the back of the house.
We aim to have the admitted Service Users at Failsworth and Ince House to remain in this properties for as long as it is safe and appropriate to meet their needs. Both houses will have a care coordinators. The care coordinator will work very closely with both the registered care manager (social worker) and the deputy manager (Registered Nurse). Each Service User will also have a key worker. Each Service User will have in place a support file which contains Pre-admission Assessment. Risk Assessment and where necessary, Management Plans, Situation Specific Support Plans, a Positive Behavior Support Plan and Care Support Plan.
